Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food products and in compliance with health and safety standards, Dar Al Nakhat does not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. If a product is received damaged or does not match the order, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos for review. Once the issue has been verified, the management may offer a replacement of the same product or issue a refund at its discretion. This policy does not apply to cases of improper use or incorrect storage by the customer, and all requests are subject to management approval.
